Dr. Kristina Cakarovski (our Principal)

A Melbourne local for over 20-years, Kristina first studied Biomedical Science at Monash University, graduating with honors, before completing her Bachelor of Dentistry at Sydney University, again with honors.

Having graduated from Dentistry, Kristina completed an internship at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, giving her a broad range of experience across emergency, surgical and general Dentistry.

From here, she divided her time between the Dental Hospital, and Private Practice, where she further developed her skills in cosmetic and family Dentistry.

Kristina is well respected by her clients and peers alike, and, as with all our staff, has a real passion for providing her clients with a personalised experience, where she works with them to achieve the best possible outcomes, while being conscious of maintaining value for money.

Dr. Andrew Spencer, Dr. Sonja Sokolovska, Dr. Maryam Henein and Dr. Jia Wen.

Andrew completed his Bachelor of Dentistry at Adelaide University, while Maryam, Sonja and Jia all hold Bachelor of Dental Science Degrees from Melbourne University.

Patient, gentle and caring, all our general Dentists will put you at ease. Andrew, Maryam, Sonja and Jia are all available Saturdays and Sundays for both new and emergency clients.

Neill Cullen (Dental Hygienist)

Neill is our charming Dental Hygienist, having travelled all the way from Ireland to join us at K1. I can personally confirm that he delivers the most comfortable scale and clean that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing! (HG).

Pam Neil (Practice Manager)

K1 Dental are delighted to welcome Pam Neil as our new Practice Manager. Pam brings a wealth of experience to this role, and is here to help you with appointment scheduling, discussion of finance options, and any general questions you may have about the Dental process and common treatments.

Born in Queensland, Hew has been living in Melbourne since 2003, and brings a clear vision to his role as Director of K1 Dental.

As one of the Directors of Gippsland Physiotherapy Group & PhysioChoice, Hew has had 9-years experience in building and managing successful healthcare businesses, with PhysioChoice now having over 20 locations, across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.

Hew is dedicated to building K1 Dental’s reputation for personalised service, exceptional value, and beautiful outcomes, by recruiting the best talent, being committed to ongoing education of all employees, and providing clear guidelines for all practice standards, including infection control, treatment planning and client service.
